Sydney Seewald is a lifelong Minnesotan and lover of the written word. One of their very first forays into fandom was writing stories about going on Pokémon adventures with their friends. Their illustrious career includes highlights such as being one of three student editors for their high school’s literary magazine, a college publishing internship, and, of course, the Halloween story writing contest they won in second grade.
They believe in the importance of art and storytelling in making sense of the world and ourselves. As a creative outlet from their day job, they’ve participated in several fandom writing events and exchanges (and enjoyed many different horror podcasts to pass the time!). Their hobbies include creative writing, video games that everyone else played years ago, and valiantly fighting a losing battle against their TBR pile.
