Enter for Your Chance to Attend ConFluence 2025: Futures in Color for Free!

Have you heard about ConFluence yet? It’s a BIPOC-run convention that puts BIPOC creators and fans front and center in celebrating “art, sci-fi, futurisms, and fantasy,” and it’s coming to Northeast Minneapolis on October 18 and 19, 2025!
The con is organized by Public Functionary, an arts nonprofit founded in 2012 that presents a variety arts programming throughout the year, including geek-focused events like Cinema ConFluence (read more). The first ConFluence first happened in 2023, and it’s now back for its sophomore year. It will feature cosplay, creative workshops, panels, an art and vendor marketplace, gaming, special guests, youth activities, a dance party, and an art exhibition.

- T. Aaron Cisco, author/producer
- Roger Presa, cosplayer
- Ricardo Levins Morales, artist
- Ytasha Womack, author

The Fine Print
No purchase necessary. Total number of prizes is 2, each consisting of a code valid for 2 weekend tickets to ConFluence 2025 (retail value $110). Any other expenses incurred as a result of winning this prize, including taxes, are the sole responsibility of the winner. Prize must be redeemed by October 17, 2025.
How to Enter: Enter through the Gleam giveaway (https://gleam.io/BIRT3/confluence-2025-giveaway) using one or more of the provided methods by 11:59 p.m. Central time on September 27, 2025.
Selection and Notification of Winner: Winners will be randomly selected using the Gleam platform and notified using the email address provided at entry. Odds of winning are dependent on the number of entries received. If Twin Cities Geek is unable to reach a selected winner within 48 hours of selection, or if the winner is ineligible or otherwise unable to accept their prize, the above process will be repeated until the prize has been successfully awarded.
Eligibility: Void where prohibited by law. Current Twin Cities Geek contributors, editors, and interns are not eligible for entry.
