The Highly Anticipated Trailer for Greta Gerwig’s Little Women Is Here
Louisa May Alcott’s Little Women is a longtime favorite classic of mine, and I’m incredibly excited for Greta Gerwig‘s new film adaptation that will premiere later this year. As soon as I knew Saoirse Ronan would be playing Jo March, I was sold. I’ve been a fan of Ronan’s work since I saw her in The Lovely Bones, and her performance in Gerwig’s 2017 film Lady Bird was brilliant. (Give this girl an Oscar already—seriously!) The full trailer dropped this morning, and it looks like it will stay faithful to Alcott’s original novel . . . though maybe with a few twists.
Little Women is set to release on Christmas Day 2019.
