Mackenzie Robertson is a lifelong Minnesotan whose favorite season is winter. She’s worked in a variety of fields over her career but always found a way to write. From technical documentation and procedures to advocacy brochures and classroom handouts, she keeps trying to improve the world around her by writing about it.

When not writing, she spends her time reading on almost any subject, although her favorite topics include world history, psychology, and public policy. She also enjoys jigsaw puzzles and cooking and is an aspiring cat whisperer.

Mackenzie lives in the Twin Cities with her wife and two rescued cats.
